This was my first bestseller. They say that a cake shop is judged by how good is their chocolate cake. I've tried making many kinds of chocolate cake but this one got the best reviews from my costumers so far.

Moist Chocolate Cake with Coffee Caramel Filling Recipe
Ingredients:
Cake flour 2 1/2 cup
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Baking soda 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Cocoa 1 cup
Butter 1 cup
Sugar 2 3/4 cup
Eggs 1 cup
Fresh Milk 2 cups
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Cofeee Liqueur 1 teaspoon
Procedure:
Preheat oven.
Sift together all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Cream together butter and sugar until soft and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add the sifted flour mixture alternately with milk.
Add the vanilla nd Coffee mixture.
Pour over prepared baking pans and bake until done.
Coffee Cream Ganache Ingredients
Flour 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Instant coffee 1 teaspoon
Cream 3/4 cup
Chocolate Ganache Ingredients
Flour 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cocoa 3/4 cup
Cream 1 1/2 cup
Butter 1/2 cup
Procedure for the Ganache:
Cook over a double boiler. Stir well until thick.
To assemble cake:
Put one cake layer and top with the coffee cream ganache. Top with another layer of the cake and frost with the chocolate ganache.
