It's already Holy Week so Easter is fast approaching. I used to make sugar eggs for the Easter Sunday bazaar in our parish. They're a sure hit with the children and they love to shake it since the egg-shaped chocolates inside gives them a little bit of a suspense. I'm making them again this year for the kids and kids at heart.
