Hello Kitty Cupcake Tower

I just love Hello Kitty so I couldn't resist making these for a birthday party. I think this is a classic theme and it is appreciated more by the older ones than the present day kids. It's more for the kids-at-heart.=)

I made a gumpaste figure for the cake topper of the top tier. My criteria is that she should have a oversized head to look cute....

I made a 7-inch cake for the top tier and covered it with seven-minute frosting.

I made a 7-inch cake for the top tier and covered it with seven-minute frosting and 50 cupcakes to fill the lower 4-tiers. I wish I'll also get to have a Hello Kitty party on my next birthday!~ =)
